新科立法院長蘇嘉全、副院長蔡其昌以及秘書長林志嘉，今天(3日)下午到立法院內各處室以及立委辦公室，向院內公務員以及國會助理等人以握手方式拜年。蘇嘉全表示，希望大家可以在年假期間好好休息，過完年後就好好上工，因為人民對國會有很高的期待。
至於蘇嘉全不收禮、不印春聯、不印製小紅包的「新三不」主張，他今天重申，不管是哪個節慶，都不希望看到鄉親或部會有送禮到立法院的情況。
蘇嘉全說：『(原音)不管是那個節慶，中秋、端午，我們立法院內都不希望看到送禮也拜託所有鄉親可以來坐坐，有事情就儘量服務，但千萬不要送禮到立法院的同仁。部會大家也不必這麼客氣，該擋的法案，我相信委員們會擋；該過的也會過，逢年過節政府機關裡面大家讓鄉親看到送禮也不是非常的好。』
